My story
For more than ten years my life has revolved around strength and movement, as an athlete and as a coach. I am an EREPS level 4 and NASM certified personal trainer, and now also head coach at Exhale Performance, where I train as a powerlifter myself and experience daily what it takes to work on progress in a structured way.
My approach
I do not believe in off the shelf programmes. Every coaching journey starts with a thorough baseline assessment: where you are now, what you want to achieve, and what suits your body and your lifestyle. From there we work together towards your goals, without it costing you your health or your enjoyment of training. That last part is what I want to protect most. Periodisation and an individual approach are central to that.
Training is not a straight line, so I like to adjust along the way. Your progress is monitored closely, in strength, technique and recovery, so we can adapt in time instead of finding out afterwards that something did not work.
Long term health
What it ultimately comes down to for me is long term health: results you achieve in the short term, but that also benefit your body in the long run. Whether you are just starting out or have been training for years, I help you with technique, structure and the discipline to keep going. No shortcuts, but results.
